Lip gloss makes your lips look lovely and shiny
and kissable!
Dealing with very dry lips. If you often have to dry lips then you probably
already have good quality lip balm in the house. If you suddenly develop
dry, small and cracked lips and this can be caused by an allergy, an infection
or even be a side-effect of certain medicines. If they are very bad then
you may have dried skin that needs removing. Do not bite this or pull
this off as you will cause bleeding and more damage. Apply petroleum jelly
to the affected areas and allow it to soak in, gently rub it in. Repeat
this regularly until the problem is resolved. You can apply the lip balm
to prevent them getting worse.
If you find this is a persistent problem that basic treatment does not
resolve, then seek your GP's advice. If you are on any medicine, read
the side-effect section of the leaflet carefully.
Drink plenty of water, dry lips could be a sign you're dehydrated.
Avoid using coloured lipsticks that may aggravate broken skin.

Fake Bake Sparkle Babe Lipgloss. A gorgeous shimmering
lipgloss, packed with light reflecting particles that give your
lips a fuller, more seductive pout. Comes in a selection of shades
that all look great with a tanned, sunkissed look.
This is a strong coloured gloss - we tried the bronze colour which
would be great on a slightly darker skin tone or for evenings but
for everyday wear was a little dark. To apply you squeeze out the
gloss through a tiny whole ni the end of a rounded tube. For best
results you really need to use a lip brush. Although it goes on
smoothly and looked very glossy and shiny I did think the application
needed rethinking as it meant having to carry more items, unlike
the other products which are all easy to apply on their own, making
them more ideal for slipping into a bag.
There are a good range of colours though so you will find one you
really like. If you regularly carry lip brushes then this is a great
product.

Pout Lip Gloss |
Pout lipgloss applies straight from the tube or you could use a
brush. It's fairly easy to get good coverage using the tube though
and pout products are always lovely to use.
It's got a wet feel to it and looks really high gloss as well as being
available in clear for days when you don't want to add any colour
to your lips.

Sally Hansen Line Smoothing Mineral Lip Treatment. These fantastic
lip glosses contain mineral pigments which revitalise dull, dry
lips making them appear smoother, fuller and more youthful. Contain
vitamins and Retinol to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles while
conditioning your lips. Dermatologist Tested. Hypoallergenic.
This is another sweet fruity flavoured lipgloss - not overpoweringly
so though. With a small foam wand brush to apply it. Application
is easy and the product is thick and goes on reasonably well. It's
got a slight waxy feel to it but looks nice - not a strong colourto
the ruby colour we tried.

Smells lovely - almost a creamy caramel smell, Easy to apply with
small brush and looks lovely. Nice colour and even coverage. Feels
slightly heavy - remains sticky and will come off on anything your
lips touch!
This lip gloss has been created to smooth and moisturise your lips
leaving them well conditioned. It contains aloe, shea butter and
vitamin a and gives them a lustrous shine.
This lipgloss is definiately the easiest one to apply and smells
absolutely delicious and looks great!

Elizabeth Arden Shine Pops Lip Gloss |
This is in an easy to apply tube. It's a fairly thick deliciously
scented lip gloss which smells of fruityness. It is a delight to put
on - avoid squeezing too much out though! It's quite sticky and waxy
but looks pretty and very glossy with a hint of sparkle.
Delicious to wear though!

How to wear lip gloss. It's something easier to wear than lipstick having
normally less colour pigment and not staining the lips. With conditioning
agents contained in them they have to improve your lip surface by moisturising
it.
To improve your overall lip condition you need to take care of them and
you can start by an occaisional gentle scrub with an old toothbrush to
remove any dead skin on them.
You can mix different colours of lipgloss or use a shiny sparkly one
to get a shimmery affect.
