Pout make lovely items - I've got several here to review and they've
all got top marks from me so far. I've got a pout concealer
- hide and seek which has impressed me. It blends in really
well and lifts the colour of your skin and evens it out. This is a
great product whether you need a dab under your eyes or to cover up
other marks on your face. It smooths in really easily and quickly
- it dries, doesn't clog and flake and makes you look fantastic! The
concealer comes in a wonderful tube with a narrow dispensing tube
nozzle which makes it very easy to get just the right amount out.
This helps avoid wasting product making it last longer than some other
concealers out there. The packaging is pretty and comes in an attractive
cardboard gift box which has an adorable ribbon tie on it.
The pout lip gloss - pop my bubble - also comes in
an attractive box and is most unusual. If you're thinking of shiny
slidey lipgloss that you need to constantly reapply then you'd be
wrong. This is the most wonderful lipgloss every. It's thick and slides
on really well. It doesn't come off easily either! It won't be licked
off, or rubbed off onto cups which makes it long lasting and will
help care for your lips really well. It was a bit strange at first,
but once I realised how long lasting it was I was very pleased with
the product.
As you might ave guessed I'm something of a fanof attractive packaging,
I love the thought that the company cares so much about their products
they want every aspect of it to be special. Pout's mascara
- black eyes - is a perfect example of this. The mascara
itself is smooth black and easy to apply. Long lasting mascara just
as you'd expect from Pout. But it's in the most amazing blue shiny
tube I've ever seen. As if this wasn't lovely enough - it's duck egg
blue matching carboard protective box comes with a lovely ribbon.
You will want to have this item in your makeup bag so when friends
see it and admire it, you can say, so casually. "Oh that's my
pout mascara, it's lovely!"
I've got three sets of Pout eyeshadow to review -
these are all so adorably cutely packaged that you'll be the envy
of everyone who sees them. They're packed in lovely blue little cases
which have a magnet snap shut action. This keeps them safe and protected
if you're carrying them about with you. The colours come in pairs
making it easy to get a greay eye look without carrying tons of eye
shadows about with you. Miss Fifi is a pair of lovely blue shadows
a brighter blue and a paler colour which will complement or go well
on it's own. Miss July is a delicate shiny green pale colout and a
dark green strong colour. Miss Tahiti is a delicate pink colour and
a strong brown.
